Arguably the most beautiful and enchanting granite island in the Seychelles, Frégate Island Private proclaims the highest degree of accommodation and service. Only 750 acres, it boasts seven stunning beaches, sixteen exclusive villas and three acclaimed restaurants.
By means of your own electric buggy, you will be able to explore the many meandering paths that pass through the rich tropical foliage on this beautiful island, enabling you to discover a wealth of sandy coves and hidden bays. Guided nature walks can be arranged with the resident representative from the Bird Life Association.
It is on these trails that you will encounter the many rare and spectacular flora and fauna species of the island, such as the indigenous magpie robin, the Seychelles blue pigeon or the Seychelles fody.
There is also a colony of over one hundred giant tortoises living on Frégate Island, which can be tracked and viewed by guests. Alternatively, your luxurious private villa offers the peace and means of escape needed for total relaxation and rest. The only temptation may be to take a dip in your outside jacuzzi then slumber under the white linen canopy of your gazebo. Dining is also a taste of excellence.
The Frégate House Restaurant within the main building complex offers American and continental breakfasts and exquisite international evening dinners.
The Pirate’s Bar serves lunch and snacks throughout the day and offers a superb list of fine selected wines, spirits and exciting tropical cocktails. Alternatively, the Seychelles Plantation House will tempt you to indulge in typical Creole cuisine available every lunch-time and three times a week for evening meals.
Frégate Island Private also offers its guests a twenty four hour in-villa dining service and caters for special dining requests such as beach picnics and secluded candlelit dinners.
